Pyrite. Pyrite, also called iron pyrite or fool’s gold, is a naturally occurring iron mineral. The name comes from the Greek word pyr, “fire,” because pyrite emits sparks when struck by metal. This is  called fool’s gold as to the novice its colour is deceptively similar to that of a gold nugget.

This rock can assist to ease anxiety, depression and frustration. It aids positive thinking and willpower, and can also help with circulation.
