If the call lasts longer than 5 minutes, a refund can only be given for the remainder of the time, or the remainder of the time to be given with an alternative reader. If the call lasts for 20 minutes or longer and you are still dissatisfied with the service, you will need to put your complaint in writing with as much detail as possible so that it can be investigated properly and where a refund or part refund will be considered. If you are asked to return your item, please make sure it is packaged properlyfor the journey and sent 2nd Class Royal Mail. We will refund the cost of return postage.
